E - LAW & CO. is a Nigerian Law Firm, with its offices in Abuja and Awka. Founded in 2006, the Firm has grown from two original partners to 7 attorneys today, and one of Nigeria’s international law firms. The Firm is engaged in a broad range of legal practice (both domestic and international) and consultancy services, more fully described below.

We have two Partners, five Associates and one trainee lawyer, of whom one is French speaking,. Many of the lawyers have had, in addition to their Nigerian training, legal education in England and United States and/or have practiced with law firms in said countries.

As the Firm has grown, its practice has become increasingly diverse. Its clients fall into three principal groups: Nigerian companies and individuals doing business in Nigeria, and abroad; non-Nigerian companies doing business internationally.

We handle transactions and/or cases involving clients worldwide. A number of Nigerian clients have retained the Firm to handle the legal aspects of their worldwide operations. The Firm has established an international network of correspondent relationships with local law offices both in the United States, UK, Italy, South Africa, Ghana, and Amsterdam, which enables it to act fast and efficiently in dealing with client’s matters whenever and wherever these may arise.
